WWE 205 Live Taping Results – Spoilers to Air Tomorrow

Prior to WWE Smackdown Live tonight, matches for 205 Live were taped. With the Mixed Match Challenge now taking place immediately after Smackdown, 205 Live is technically no longer “live” as it will air tape delayed on the WWE Network tomorrow at 7 PM EDT.

The matches started around 6:15 p.m. CDT, and the show was advertised to start at 6:30 p.m. CDT. As a result, some people were not in their seats when the matches started.

– TJ Perkins defeated Lince Dorado
Perkins took off Dorado’s mask, causing him to cover his face. This allowed Perkins to roll up Dorado for the win around the ten minute mark. Crowd was said to be into Dorado.

– Cedric Alexander defeated Drew Gulak to retain the WWE Cruiserweight title
This went long, about twenty minutes. The crowd was said to be pretty hot for the match. Alexander retained the title after hitting the lumbar check.

These were the only two matches taped for 205 Live tomorrow. Any backstage promos or segments were not shown to the live audience.
