Weekend WWE Schedule – Last Weekend Until WrestleMania 25

With only one more week until the 25th anniversary of WrestleMania, WWE will invade Texas again this weekend with four house shows. It all begins on Saturday when Raw & ECW invade Laredo, Texas for a show at the Laredo Entertainment Center. Bell time is set for 7:30 p.m. local time and the following matches are being advertised locally: Shawn Michaels vs. Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship, Rey Mysterio vs. Kane, Christian vs. Jack Swagger for the ECW Championship, Cryme Tyme vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes, CM Punk vs. Mike Knox, and Melina vs. Beth Phoenix for the WWE Women’s Championship. On Saturday, SmackDown will head to the Amarillo Civic Center in Amarillo, Texas for a show at 7:30 p.m. local time.

On Sunday, Raw & ECW will be in Hidalgo, Texas for a show at the Dodge Arena. Bell time is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. local time and Shawn Michaels vs. Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship is being advertised locally as the main event. SmackDown will hold a show on Sunday at the Kay Yeager Coliseum in Wichita Falls, Texas. Bell time is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. local time.

WWE will then hold their final television taping before WrestleMania 25 on Monday. All three shows: Raw, ECW, and SmackDown will be taped at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Local advertisements are promoting John Cena vs. Big Show & Chris Jericho vs. Jerry “The King” Lawler.
