Tough Enough Winner Sara Lee Returns To Wrestling
Posted On July 31, 2020
The women’s winner of the last incarnation of the WWE reality show Tough Enough is getting back into the ring after taking nearly ten months off. Sara Lee won the competition in June of 2016 by a fan vote along with men’s winner Josh,m who now wrestles as Bronson Matthews in NXT. Lee, however, asked for and was granted her release in October. As the same time the WWE announced her release, she announced she was expecting her first child with NXT wrestler Wesley Blake. The Daughter, whom they named Piper, was born at the beginning of May of this year.

Lee recently appeared in a tweet by the Team Vision Dojo, based in Orlando. The training school is the wrestling school for I Believe Wrestling. She was training with fellow Tough Enough alumni Gabi Castrovinci. She is expected to debut for the company soon. No word on if she plans on heading back to the WWE after her training is done. Interestingly, Wesley Blake has only made one appearance on NXT in months, with a loss to a returning Drew McIntyre. With the WWE looking to cut costs, it is possible Blake may be on the chopping block. Only time will tell what happens to either.
