The 10th round of Polish PlusLiga brought another failure of Jastrzebski Wegiel. Consequently, the owners of the club have to look for a new head coach.
Jastrzebie lost another three points in the match against Warszawa. The result was surprising. Match was under the control of the guests from the beginning to the end. At the beginning of each part, the team of Radoslaw Panas was leading with a few points. Their good game and lack of mistakes allowed the victory. AZS won in three sets and Zbigniew Bartman (who scored 19 points) became the MVP. After this match, Igor Prielozny decided to leave the club. For now, Leszek Dejewski will replace him.
In contrast to the match in Jastrzebie, there was no surprise in Rzeszow. The hosts quickly and easily triumphed over Siatkarz Wielun. In the first duel of the season, we saw tough match, which ended in a tie break. This time Asseco Resovia showed their good game and they used the opportunity to gain another three points. This meeting has shown how important player is the German attacker. Grozer, who has not played well recently, scored 17 points in last match.
However, MVP was American middle blocker Ryan Millar, who got 10 points with almost 90% efficiency.
One day after this match, the boss of polish federation, Miroslaw Przedpełski, told to the media about Polish citizenship, which the president gave the to the player of Resovia – Aleh Akhrem.
AZS Czestochowa is carrying on with good game. They defeated another rival – this time it was Delecta Bydgoszcz. It was a good revenge for meeting with Bydgoszcz in the beginning of the season, when AZS lost 2:3. Good game of the setter, Fabian Drzyzga, resulted in another MVP award. The guests have imposed their style of volleyball and the match ended in three sets. Experienced players of Czestochowa are in good shape. David Murek got 12 points and Chris Gierczynski scored 13 points. Grzegorz Szymanski was the leader of Delecta and he scored 18 points, but it did not help to get any points.

Skra Belchatow had no difficulty in defeating Fart Kielce. The game ended with a 3-0 result for the current Polish champions. In particular sets, the guests scored 15, 19 and 12 points. The meeting took place without big emotions and Skra remains the leader of the PlusLiga ranking.
The most interesting match was held in Olsztyn. After changing a head coach, AZS shows a higher quality of play. Zaksa, after gaining 2 points in Bydgoszcz, arrived to Olsztyn with hope for more, but the last team of schedule surprised their rivals. Players of Gheorghe Cretu won the first and third set, winning one point with a very difficult opponent. Guests were leading 2-1, however, deconcentration did not allowed them to gain all three points. In difficult situations, the team from Kedzierzyn was rescued by Jakub Jarosz (who was MVP of the game). Tie break was dominated by the team of Krzysztof Stelmach and they won it 15:8. Althought AZS lost one match more, we could see the progress of their game, and all fans of AZS are hoping the bad situation of their team can be repaired.
