Brazil wonderkid ‘passes Man City medical’ ahead of £21.5m move

Diego Rosa is on the verge of a move to Manchester City with the Brazilian teenager reportedly passing a medical at the Etihad.
Zero Hora claims Rosa did not train with current club, Gremio, on Wednesday as he instead flew to Rio de Janeiro earlier in the week to complete his medical.
The report claims the medical was passed and Rosa now just needs to sign on the dotted line to complete a five-year deal with City.

Restrictions will prevent Rosa playing for City straight away, as he only turns 18 in October, with the midfielder expected to initially to be loaned to Belgian club Lommel SK.
The Sun reported last week that Gremio will receive £21.5million for Rosa, but City will initially pay £4.5million.
Rosa – who won the U17 World Cup with Brazil last year – has never made a senior appearance for Gremio, but Man City have been tracking him for a few months and look now to have landed the highly-rated starlet.
